When you retire from the Post Office, your membership with the NRLCA/MIRLCA does not continue automatically. You must rejoin. There are two different types of membership — Dues Withholding and Cash Pay.
Dues Withholding involves completing a membership form once you receive your CSA# from OPM (This may take a few pay periods). Then, a monthly payment is automatically paid each month. This is the easiest option!

Cash Pay involves mailing a payment each year. This option is not prorated, and payments are due before June 30th each year. The fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. An invoice will be mailed each May as a reminder.
