Here are the steps: Call 1-877-477-3273 US Employee Service Line Press option #5 HR Shared Service Center Remain on the line and listen to all options have EIN number and Pin number ready (usually your pin is the last 4 of your social) Press option #9 Then the recording will ask for options if you want to hear the privacy statement ( 1-yes or 2-no) Then the recording will ask for your EIN and Pin (last four of your social) Then Press option #7 then it will connect you with a representative to help reset your LiteBlue password/passcode

Updates to website - Create a login to obtain MEMBER ONLY pages
If you are a member of the MIRLCA, you can now have access to MEMBER ONLY information.
All you have to do is:
- Click on the "Person Symbol" on the top right of the screen.
- Click "Create Account".
- Fill out the requested information and click "Create Account".
- You will receive a message that states "Check Your Email".
- When you check your email, it will have a link that states "Activate Account" - Click the link - It will take you back to www.mirlca.info - The website will have you set up a password.
- The website will say "Account Created, Congrats!"
- At this point, you will be able to log into the website, but will still be unable to access member only pages until the State Secretary is able to get your membership verified and get your account approved - Please allow sufficient time for the Secretary to verify your membership with the NRLCA and approve your membership request for this website.
- Once the Secretary has verified your membership and approved your website account, you should receive an email that states "MIRLCA has given you access to their private pages". The email will also have a link "Login to your account for access".
The MIRLCA is always adding more content to the website, so check back often!
